We are currently in the works with educating new local coaches through a traineeship program.
The traineeship exists of multiple lectures on our academy vision and our general pedagogic principles in coaching before we head into the specifics of the variety of skills we are teaching to our players.
We decided to start with a series of online theoretical lectures before we head onto the court when our Facility re-opens in June.
