During our shooting camp in the Autumn Break players got a small presentation every day before we went into the practical.
We used the presentation below guided by the shooting videos that you find in the video library on the platform.
In this presentation I go over these topics:
- building the ‘great shooters’ habits
- illusion of ‘perfect form’
- trajectory of shooting from preparation to release
- shooting motion
- mental game and free throws
Knowledge of shooting by itself of course won’t make you a better shooter but we noticed at camp that it is one of the things that can add in motivating the kids to put in the practice.
