Players need to learn to use the right skill at the right time.
The 4 decisions players need to read are:
- straight line speed advantage
- cut the defender off
- bump the defender
- use a counter move
We use lots of small sided games to teach the skills in realistic game situations.
This way players not only get better at the skill package but also learn to make the right decisions.
Work on game skills in game situations = get in game results.
