We really encourage our coaches to print this chart out and take it to practices & games.
We present the shot spectrum concept and why it’s important to players about this, because they have to know it and execute on this. We still see many mistakes being made against this right now, that’s why we try to find different teaching tools to bring across the message throughout the season.
Of course this is age-related material. We are not looking at U13 shooting catch & shoot 3’s all the time but the concepts stay the same.
