In my shooting work with the players at the Academy and at the EA basketball camps I like to use video before or during sessions to give players a visual image of the details we’ll be working on.
Here is the current update of the video I have been using with our kids and that I’ll use at camps throughout the year.
I don’t really show all of the video to the kids, but rather fragments to strengthen a certain subtle detail and spend as much time on court.
